Hello, I just signed up today so, thank you for having me!
My partner and I have decided to initially draw up our LLC operating agreement ourselves, with the understanding that we will want to further modify and refine it as more becomes clearer to us and/or have my partners lawyer friend draw one up for us.
Are any of you familiar with some of the people that offer operating agreement templates? One fella that I find is Lee Phillips of Legalees. He seems to have a well honed background in business and claims a comprehensive template for forming your operating agreement.
Can anyone offer a comment on Lee Phillips operating agreement "template wizard"? Thank you for your time!
