Hello,
I would like to create a graphic design studio with my associate.
I live in New York City and she lives in Paris, France and we are willing to work with this long distance and to have clients both in NYC and Paris. And at the moment it's just going to be the two of us.
So I am asking what is the best legal solution to be able to create that kind of structure?
