how to know about the legally good firms we are getting to sign up projects?

How can we get to know of bogus or fraudulent firms in order to protect our firm not to sign up any projects?

also how to get the information about credit worthiness of firms in India or abroad?

    Hi ayyasprings ,

Usually, you will have some clauses in the contract to protect your organisation. For example, if they failed to deliver on time. or quality didn't meet your expectation, then they will have to give you a discount or you can choose to terminate the contract. While, you can break the projects into stages (together with payment), to cut down your risk.

Engage credit rating agency or ask them to provide you their credit rating if the total amount of the project is huge.

    Hope that helps.
