    Kitchen incubators are a great idea that has been around for some years and I'm glad that they are getting popular again. I know lots of great cooks that hear all the time "you should sell these/this" and they dismiss the notion as just party talk. If more kitchen incubators were readily available, we could witness a major shift in not only how we receive our meals, but also increase the variations in flavors to our palate.
