Take a look at these two “swirl” logo symbols.

One company uses their symbol for "promoting the interests of electric cooperatives by promulgating standards for uniform data formatting for facilitating the transfer of data between software applications."   The other company uses their symbol for sales of wires, cables, and related products and services.


How likely would consumers be confused into thinking these two companies are somehow affiliated if they saw the two marks being used in the marketplace?
