The National Science Foundation published an article summarizing research on human thoughts per day. It was found that the average person has about 12,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day. Of those 80% were negative, and 95% were exactly the same repetitive thoughts as the day before. Many entrepreneurs struggle with Analysis paralysis. Besides that, they often struggle with Stress, while ignoring the symptoms and repressing the feeling. Often to a point where it's really frustrating because they are feeling isolated, sick, and depressed. Some people are more resistant to stress, some people less. They get overwhelmed by problems, To Do's, appointments, and deadlines. Sometimes even to a point of burnout and suicidal thoughts. When you are always under pressure, you get very susceptible to negative emotions. We let them take over our minds and body and get scared because we are unable to control them. You become sad easily and it's hard for you to feel good again or you get angry because you hit your toe on a door frame. The thing about emotions, negative or positive, is that you reflect them onto others. So if you feel super happy and fulfilled, you project this feeling onto your partners, friends, and family.
