- House Heroes LLC is a real estate investment company based in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The company was founded as a part-time business in 2014 and has steadily grown since that time to include 4 full-time employees. We have doubled revenues each year and the goal is to do that again for the next 3 years. We invest in fix-and-flip, rentals, vacant land, and new construction.
