    Depends from exposure of brand?

    To give exact numbers here are some points.

    SEO is good for oragnic reach and exposure and best on long run but is costly.You will need to spend at least 1.5k as some kind of form of decent budget and will need maybe 8 months up to year.

    Press Releases are much faster and maybe most important point of Digital PR. The effect is instant but impact is less and price is very low maybe 200-300$ to trow some press releases in the air.

    There is no fixed formula. I use the following as guide.

    For startup - not more than 20% of your total budget.

    Thereafter - 5%-15% (depends on your business/product life cycle)
