There are special conditions for U.S. on Forex. This is due to the legislative framework
When choosing a forex broker you will need to examine information about the financial activity and financial result of the broker. You need to estimate the size of the profit, what were the losses, etc. You can ask the broker for documents to study and ask for a license.
I have used OANDA, Forex.com and Ally Invest. Of the three, my personal preference is OANDA.
