    The biggest challenge entrepreneurs face today is validating a product before it's launch. I feel Validating the demand for your product or service is more important than ANYTHING. More important than the features, the team, the design, the pricing - everything. So @Ryan O'Bleness you rightly said doing proper market research and competitive analysis is the key.
