I have GREAT Brick & Mortar sales, but, absolutely NO online sales...IDEAS or SUGGESTIONS??

For over five years I have sold thousands of my Elegant Frameable Metal Greeting Cards to national parks, museums, gift shops, casinos, attractions, etc., BUT, I've sold less than a dozen online. So, the problem is not that the product is not accepted by consumers, but rather that I haven't a clue what I'm doing online. That is why I want to turn over my complete online business to a knowledgeable equity partner [no investment required] I'm 76 years old. Your comments would be greatly appreciate.

The first issue with your online presence is your Website. It's so not impressive. Despite having a unique product, you are failing to garner attention in the online world due to the presentation. If you don't get a partner, I would suggest you outsource a few services.
    1. Analyze your website using a free tool such as Check My Site @ designs.codes
    2. Website Redesign
    3. Digital Marketing

Why outsourcing? It's like an extended team. Just like in partnership, you will need to share the profits with the partner whom you are looking for when you outsource you pay them for their service. It is still a better option because you are definitely not going to share your 50% with them and many times the outsourcing companies are situated in different regions because of which your services come at a cheaper price than it would in your same country.

Also, you need not spend hours coordinating with the team. The project manager gives you the report according to your convenience. You share your requirements with the project manager and get things managed by him or her while you continue with your work.
