Question about angel investors and thier shares

OK..we are starting a small e-commerce company..me and two of my colleagues..we live in Africa and we hope to seize the new Canadian start up visa..we have no capital at all and we will depend on angels entirely for funding..my question is:if we succeeded how will the company shares be divided between us (the 3 co-founders) and the investors considering that we didn't contribute in funding??
