  Congratulations on starting a new business! I would highly recommend working on establishing a good, accounting system that works for you. I would definitely recommend making the relatively small investment into accounting platforms like Quickbooks or Xero. An innovative CPA should be able to help you get off the ground fast with your own accounting system, or I am confident you could do the research and develop an effective one yourself.
