There are three major areas to focus on when mitigating your business security risks:

Personnel Risks
Breach of Data Risks
Procurement Risks (contractors/vendors)

Steps to Mitigating Business Security Risks:

Prevent Risks-Prevent risks from occurring, policies/procedures/debit/credit card handling procedures, educate and train personnel
Identifying Risks-Which risks will impact your business the most? Categorize
Quantifying Risks-Place a value on each risk
Monitor/Control Risks-document what works and make this part of your best practices policy/procedures

Can anyone elaborate on other risks or the current list?

Breach of data risk is one of the most critical risks Enterprises are facing. Enterprises are required to deploy several handheld mobile devices like smartphones, tablets, mPOS etc and are adopting device policies like BYOD, COPE, or CYOD.

Securing, managing and controlling the devices to protect Enterprises assets and the information is critical and this can be easily mitigated through powerful Mobile Device Management solutions for Eg: MobiLock Pro. MDM software is the ultimate solutions to get secured from data breaches.
