Different kinds of jobs

Hey, I often see vacancies where they are looking for jobs such as; Business Process Analyst, Group Finance Manager, Account Executive (m/f) for SAP SE, Technology Sales Professional (TSP), Product Marketing Manager, Operations Key Account Manager, Account Executive (M/F) Government, Exec Business Admin,... my question is, how can a starting entrepreneur gain more insight and knowledge in all these possible future employees?

You need to start by pin pointing the key functional areas where you need talents  (employees); as the business grows more skills will be needed, however your market type and audience as well as your product will determine the other relevant areas that will be needed.
Again, consult your advisors as they will be in a better position to understand your niche or market position.
