Currently looking for an Investor to open and upscale coffee lounge / sandwich bar in a new development area. This area is in proximity to an upcoming 600 student Osteopathic Medical School that is due to open fall 2016. Also, this cafe would be near a new section of I-49, corporate offices, several factories, housing and a military base. Estimated Cost is 625k for 3,000 sq ft.
