I see that everyone is looking for money...I am looking for advise on the trucking industry. I have grown from 26K first year to 1.5M this year and have been completely outstretched. I do not know if I should leave my current employer that I have worked for the last 8 years. I have learned alot from them and do have loyalty to the firm. I dont know if I should look for capital from a bank or the SBA. I am the only employee of my company but I pay 15 contractors to do the work exclusivly for me. I made only 8 percent profit this year but continue to purchase tractors and lease them out, with the guaranteed work that I can provide. I have no idea if I should go out and get money or should I stay and continue to work 80 hours a week....please advise
