    Wonderful article Tricia Hussung, Right mention on the importance of eCommerce for small scale businesses. People might reach out to readily available solution out in the market but they might not fit the business they operate in. Customized solutions always plays the trick for business to reach out their potential customers.

    @Pavan Kumar, pretty impressive that 62 percent of consumers browse online before making in-store purchases. And that e-commerce accounted for more than 60 percent of all retail sales last year. 

    Trisha does a good job explaining why small businesses need e-commerce and a solid online presence  as well.
