What are the advantages of recruitment agencies to companies?

Many top organizations hire recruitment agencies to find talent. What age advantages of using a recruitment firm instead of direct hiring.

    One advantage would be that recruitment agencies specialize in finding the right candidates, and look at every aspect of hiring. A small business owner who does not have a background in human resources may not be considering everything in the hiring process. 

    Another advantage would be that it allows the business owners/executives to focus on the actual business operations, as opposed to dedicating time to reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, comparing candidates, preparing documents, etc. 

    An obvious disadvantage, though, would be the cost of outsourcing the work, which many small businesses may not have the budget for.
