Hello Guys! My brothers and I are planning to start a business. We are thinking about buying a franchise business instead of starting from scratch. We are currently looking into various aspects of franchise business and to be honest we are a little confused. While browsing on the Internet, I came across this article other day on rescission claims and damages: http://www.lawworks.ca/rescission-claims-and-damages . We aren't thinking about a failure, but thinks considering a possibility is always a wise thing to do. So I would like to know how a franchisee can become eligible for rescission claim. I would appreciate if someone could explain highlights of this article, because it confused me a little.
