One of the problems I came across when founding a startup back in 2010 was finding people, besides myco-founder, willing to work for equity - developers, marketers, finance managers. Cash was tight and we really wanted people who have some skin in the game.
6 years later, and it seems as though this is still a hole in the market - I know a few people willing to provide such services and see a bunch of startups asking the same question I was. So... I put together a very simple (and free) website to allow people interested in such work to create a profile and for startups to then contact them.
Would love to get some thoughts and feedback on this and to know whetehr other people have encounetred similar problems.
