Has anyone here used Aweber Email Marketing?

Hi everyone,
I'm very new to this forum, however I am excited to participate.
My company is also relatively new and I am looking for an extra upgrade in my marketing techniques through Email Marketing Software.
Surfing the web I found out about Aweber Email Marketing. Apparently they offer you a 1 month trial for 1$ and if you don't like it you can get a refund (yup). I was wondering if anyone here has ever used this to promote their business? If so, could you tell me more about it?

What is their helpdesk and contact service like?
Sorry for the very late replie. I've been quite busy lately.
They however have great contact service, I emailed them and I got my answer the same day so to me that's standard. Their helpdesk is fine too, but the service is easy to use so chances are you're not going to need the helpdesk

I want to share with you my experience in using Aweber. It is a great tool with lots of features you can use and depending on what you need. But to further explain Aweber, here is an article I found on the web and I hope this might help you http://goo.gl/GrwmVT
Another tool you may want to consider, since you're new to email marketing, is MailChimp, and for two reasons.
1. You can pay with credits instead of a monthly fee.
If you have 10 subscribers, you'll use a credit each time one of those 10 subscribers gets an email. You could stand to save a lot of money doing it that way, then switch to monthly billing once your list is a good size.
2. If you don't have any workflows or autoresponders prepared, you can use them for free until you have 2,000 subscribers.
Autoresponders and transactional emails will cost you some money, either as credits or as a monthly fee. But until you need those, you can use their service for free.
We still use MailChimp on our blog at http://fairheadcreative.com/blog/ and we're still really happy with their service.
