Hi all,
I have a question around the topic above. Can anyone point me to some resources where I can read up on what sort of terms would deem it acceptable for an early stage investor to cash out by selling their shares during a Series A or VC round? Obviously this isn't a good look but I imagine it can be done and if so, how the best way to go about it might be.
Any guidance here would be appreciated
Thanks

it depends on what country you are operating... There are several start-up meetings around, attend one and ask start-up fellows or VC / Angels about opportunities or practices.
