Wow, there is so much information and motivation on this forum, it`s fantastic. This is my first post here, but not my first visit. I have been reading the forum for quite some time with great interest. I would like to start a retail kitchenware store, but not sure how to go about it. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. I am signed up to take a class by my local SBDC on business plans etc.
Thank you so much in advance for any help that can be offered.

Thank you for the response. I have worked in retail before, not in management.  I am in management currently, in the restaurant business. The retail training book you mention, is there a specific one I should look into?  Oh, yes I do believe there will be much to go over, this is why I took the plunge and posted here on this forum.
    Thanks again.
