California LLC $800 fee - when/how to pay??

I recently started my LLC and used LegalZoom for the majority of it. I understand that I have to pay my yearly $800 fee to California. However, I didn`t receive any forms for this fee, any paperwork, etc. So I`m sort of lost as to how I can pay it, what form(s) are required, etc. I have not paid any wages and do not have any employees although the company has taken in a small amount of revenue.

Any information about how/when to pay the CA corp fee would be helpful.

The $800 is your franchise fee that you pay when you file your California Franchise Tax Return at the end of the year.

Those minimum franchise taxes are incredible. I`m glad that I live in a state where if you don`t owe at least $1,000 in tax, then it`s automatically forgiven.
