not sure if this is the right place for this question (someone please recommend where you see this best fit)
we own a pick up and drop off dry cleaners in a visible, kitty corner location (just like gas stations). established since 1990 and it enjoys a solid recurring customer base w/o advertising. costs are non existent other than rent, phone/internet and utilities.very easy to run, laid back and a lot of down time to read or get on the computer. it is ideal for home makers who want to get out and work, retirees etc. great side business to run as well.keeping in mind the nature of this family business and the ideal candidate, where should we post this business for sale? i would hate to pay up significant fees or get a business broker who would take $10k or 10% whichever is more. any guidance from the community is appreciated!!!selling due to relocation out of state.
