YOUR BASIC SEARCH ENGINE SUBMISSION PRICE IS WAY TO HIGH!
Why would you want to charge a customer $60.00 dollars when they can do it themselves?
There are various sites and software that you can use "FOR FREE" to submit your web site.
Following down the Line... Advanced submissions and all you have to offer is submission to DMOZ and MSN? What a rip OFF... Again customers have to do their homework and know that there`s free software to do this.
I think almost every package that this company has to offer is FAKE... They want to charge you for Google Analytics? Google Analytics is free... and it doesn`t take a genious to learn how to read the statistics... Isn`t that why Google has a Video Tutorial?
I can`t say it is a rip-off, that really can not determine without knowing if the company gets desired results for their clients. Plus - trying to price and package (market) such services to be reasonably priced and presented in a way to communicate the services offered may be a little misleading... not in a bad (deliberate) way, but a brief explanation may not fully explain the service(s).
For example - when I do SEO services the serves are tailored to each client, because what needs to be done and the approach varies depending upon the client`s targeted keywords, competition, and web site. So, trying to have a generic "buy now" price and description would be hard to produce unless there was a note about possible exceptions.

This is exactly the reason why that particular service is a rip-off. You can`t apply a cookie cutter approach to all SEO jobs, which this particular service is doing.

Now this method gets the best results if your site is Brand spanking new. Keep in mind that all of the directories listed might not apply to your business. There are a number of ways to get links to your site... that will get your site indexed.
Links from other sites (related is better), links from search engine friendly directories, and forums (links in your signature or posts). The link to your site can not be "no follow".
Of course each of those sites needs to be indexed themselves and be visited regularly by search engine bots. Usually, if a site , directory or forum has been around for a while they are regularly visited by bots.

Again, submitting to search engines is not necessary - while you can submit to search engines and it doesn`t hurt to do so, the best and fastest way to get your web site indexed by search engine is to have a link from another site that gets indexed regularly.
When you submit to search engines most say it will take from a few days to a few weeks for your site to get spidered/indexed.
When to do this? Some suggest as soon as you have a URL/domain name, but to really be a benefit it is important to have a site with content.
