ice cream manufacturer?

I have enjoyed making ice cream / sorbets for many years, many of my friends think I should market and sell it.
Are there ice cream companies who make ice cream for small start up companies?
I definitely do not have the funds to start an ice cream company.

    Sounds like you should start with is a co-packer or contract manufacturer. Basically look for someone who is willing to make small runs of your product. They produce and pack small runs of your sorbet and then you store, sell and distribute it. This may be more expensive per unit at first because of the low quantity but your startup costs are much lower than opening your own factory.
