    One, I would suggest against a full screen, Flash based website. Also, this bottom bar needs to go. It's obvious you want to try to copy a youtube video screen but having the full screen and sound options down there don't work and isnt' necessary. Everything along the bottom is also squished and the drop shadow on the text doesn't look good. They say your website should fit within 800 pixels or less of width so I'd try to follow that. Instead of having a website full of 'stuff' that doesn't do anything, I'd basically put those two videos on a very simple, clean layed out page, with your logo at the top (middle aligned) and a short paragraph describing what you guys do and a contact button, that's all.
