Fair Asking Price for Domain Name/Twitter Account

Hello,
We have sold and acquired domain names in the past, but have never been
involved with the sale of a Twitter account. I know it is done here and
there with bigger companies, but we have recently acquired a Twitter name
that a fairly popular business wants. Can anyone guide us in the right direction of a fair asking price? We don`t want to rip them off, but we don`t want to be ripped off either.
Any suggestions?
