Woo hoo! my first post. I would like to write how to manuals on professional custodial work. Then sell them using an on demand publisher like Lulu.com . What I`m wondering is what if someone winds up ruining a floor or mixes the wrong chemicals by mistake. How do I protect myself from lawsuits?
