Has Anybody Had Success With Ad Blaster Sites, Good or Bad?

Hi everyone I was thinking of using some sites that promise to blast your ads tomillions of people. I have 2 questions. 1. Do sites like that really work?2. Can they be used for any site?Let me know what you think.

Don`t waste your time! 99% of those sites are outright scams, and the few that are legit send you garbage traffic from porn sites and third world countries.

That`s something I would never admit to being a member of. It`s not exactly a badge of honor.

I have tried add blaster sites and they produce nothing but income for the owners.
Most are just scams. I have track back owners to some university campus with no data bases.
If you want bulk traffic I can tell you this. I have had well over 5 million visitors to my web pages. 98% have come from surf for traffic exchanges, but I have been ripped off by many exchanges as some are just crooks after easy money.
However good traffic exchanges do exist. Contact me if you need to know some good ones.
