Publications Needed when Launching an LLC?

I was on My Corporation with their free offer and it says you have to have publications when starting a LLC is that true? I have never heard of this and LegalZoom.com does not offer this.
I am a little confused and wondering if this is how they make money off of you?

I work for Pepper Law Group in New Jersey and I create these formations all the time. I have never heard of a publication prior to creating an LLC.
