I join back in May but this is the first opportunity to Introduce myself. You see I got this crazy idea to have a Seven Day Relaxation Retreat In Barbados for 50 people .
I finally got the website up after pressure from my travel agent. Now i have the time  to talk on the forum.

    Hi Craig,
    Thanks for asking.
A relaxation retreat in my opinion is an opportunity to learn the tips and tools to stop and take a break in this hectic world. These  tips and tools should be systematically designed to allow you to relax anywhere anytime.
Meditation techniques are a little different in that you may be aware of a Tai Chi or yoga technique but the degree to which you are relaxed would determine  your success and how how long you continue to practice.
What I have observed over my 14 years of teaching relaxation and meditation is that, it is very difficult to practice meditation techniques when you are not relaxed .  check out this free community resource web site on stress relief http://www.emptyyourcup.com/stressrelief/</A>quickrelaxation2007-7-12 17:46:32
