    Good effort -- Practice makes improvement  (not perfect) -- Never quit!
     
    Personally, I don`t trust MSNBC as a reliable source of business news, but that`s just me.

    equally as important is the text you use....tags.  the internet is all a big game of keywords....title, description and tags need be carefully thought out.  this is what determines the rank of videos on SERPS, in addition to ofcourse page views and video ratings.....maintain that balance.
