    I  just found an OK statute authorizing the conversion of a bus. entity into an LLC.  All that`s essentially needed to file are articles of conversion along with articles of organization.  The former entity is not considered dissolved but merely a continuation into an LLC.  Read more

    You might want to consider creating an operating agreement for the LLC.  This is especially important if the LLC has more than one member or if you are considering taking on any new members.  Without an operating agreement, things like disputes between members default to state law.  You may want to handle disputes and other management issues differently.
