  Hi,
  I recently launched an online artisan handmade marketplace and I`m wondering what`s the best way to reach my target audience?
  I looked into advertising costs for arts & crafts magazines, and I just cannot afford that  right now.
  Anyone have any suggestions for me?

  I`m a huge proponent of article marketing. Besides the SEO benefits, which include inbound links from quality websites, it will allow you to reach your target audience affordably.   My pleasure, Sharon.  If you Google "artisan jewelry newsletters," you should be able to find plenty of publications to advertise in.
