Vacant Home Watch services and pricing

I am getting ready to open for business doing scheduled home visits to vacant homes for realtors and investors and would like to know much you think it would be worth to someone to visit the home on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis to inspect the inside and outside to make sure it is in sellable condition? I have a checklist that is very detailed and would perform some minor housekeeping duties while I am there. The visit would take about an hour.

    I can`t tell you what to charge, but we charge $35 a week to check up on the house. We also have a small list to check off each time we go. We try to do houses in our area to keep the cost down. Any work that needs to be done we either fix at an additional charge or sub it out. Aaron
