Looking to start or invest 1K

Hello,
So I've saved a small bit of money and want to either start a business or invest in one. The thing is I don't want to do stocks, gold or anything with bank interest.
If you were me, what would you put the money to?

Thanks,
Briton

You can probably buy an OK domain name and start something.

If you want to start a business, do research and more research. It can be daunting to do so, but not impossible. You may not be able to do much with $1k in the physical world, but online you can make a go of it with all the resources that are out there. You're on one now!
The first step to starting a business is to solve a problem. The recognition to a problem may come from a special interest or a passion that has a problem innate to it. Once you have discovered a problem concerning an area of interest. Your solution is your business idea.
