I have a businss concept that requires the support of skilled technician to achieve my value proposition to the targeted customers. I need a workable advise on how to go about the collaboration with the individual technicians. The basic business idea is managing skilled man-power through technological innovation. My location is Nigeria... any advise on how this has worked in other locations will be helpful.
