Anyone with a business should think about incorporating their business as either an LLC or LP. The advantages of doing this greatly reduces your liability as a business person. We live in a litigation type system whereby everyone is looking to sue for one reason or the other. If you are in business and you are not incorporated then you don't have an umbrella and soon you may be soaked with rain!! Avoid this situation by incorporating your business
