In the process of looking into getting a patent. I do have a question though... I have a general design, and very rough prototype that I made. Would there be any issues in having a mechanical engineer design the product using CAD / 3D software, giving some advice and suggestions, fixes, BEFORE getting a patent? Even if I have them sign a Non Disclosure Agreement?

Also, any suggestion on US manufacturing the product, or Chinese? Thanks!
