Traditional marketing to increase web traffic

My Real Estate Marketing business's primary form of marketing has been organic SEO and web referral traffic. I have been playing with some pretty effective pay-per-click advertising lately, and now I think it is time to start reaching beyond the web.
 
What are some of the most effective non-web tactics you have used to drive traffic to your website? Has anyone experienced anything that I should avoid?
 
Like all startup businesses, the cheaper the better!

I don't believe that we should depend on a single marketing avenue. The more the better, but the main focus is getting the most return for the least investment, so I will move backwards from the cheapest tactics with highest ROI to more expensive tactics with less measurable ROI as I reach beyone video and the web.

Great tip, thanks! We definitely need a mobile website. I will check out Mobidart.com but most likely I will have one developed soon.
