Creating a shoe line

I am in the process of creating a mens boot brand. I have basic side view drawings of what the boots will look like and the features it will have but have no idea how to create the technical plans so manufactures can create the boot. Also I need help just developing the shoe from materials to stitching. I've never created shoes before and my only relevent experience is that I work at DSW. Is there anyone here who could recommend a software or somebody who could help me develop my boot idea?
