Need A Website For A New Startup

Should I use something like Strikingly? A couple of my fiends are using it. It's super easy, but I'm not entirely sure about the single page design. Is it effective? The design looks very clean and professional. I'm just wondering.

I actually work for a web development company myself (so check out my profile), and we just released an eclectic range of responsive web designs - specially for the smart end-users, and all absolutely free!
I'd also love to know what features the average user is interested in, so drop me a message if you ever want to chat about developing your own site!
+1 for Squarespace. I can vouch for it.
Super intuitive interface.
Wordpress if you need slightly more flexibility.
There are a lot of themes that you can buy for sub $50 which will make your website 1000x times better.
Contractors that deals with wordpress are becoming somewhat of a commodity too
so their rates are usually cheaper than joomla/drupal.
Shopify is hands down #1 for E commerce.
If you are selling online, and you're not using their platform.... sigh
You can build sales funnels in minutes. They have a drag-and-drop builder that's just amazing plus tons of features to power your sites and boost conversions. Oh and they offer a free 14-day trial too!
I started out with a 14-day trial as well and loved it so much! Still using it now since I love the fact that you can easily split test and change your pages to see what converts best.
