    I have a few top-level questions for you.
    What is the main thing you want visitors to do when they get to the home page?
    What are the handful of priority keywords you want to rank for, and what is the aggregate traffic of these keywords? (rhetorical question)
    Do you have a clear plan to rank for these keywords so that you get maximum traffic?
    Are you doing PPC? If so, are you using that data for your long term market intelligence?
    Just some things to think about.
