Starting/Forming an MLM business

Does anyone here have any experience or contacts when it comes to actually starting your own MLM company?  I have a product that I have been working on for the last 13 months that is finally complete...a healthy, organic, energy drink.  I am thinking of pushing the product through the MLM route.  Any help would be great!

before going full fledge, have you done market research to get a feel for the demand for your product? pricing strategies etc? if you do not have a full business plan with all the specifics in it i suggest starting there?  mlm or any business, proper planning is critical to success

then i think you are ready to meet with the lawyers and CPA (a bit later perhaps) to start putting the legalities and structure together...
