I don`t know where my brain was, and my husband did it actually, but I didn`t think about it either, but we meant to incorporate as eight:32, inc. and instead did eight32, inc. anyone know how easy/hard/possible it is to rectify???

Most corporation info is under the Secretary of State - so check out the one in the State where you incorporated.
