Hey,
My friend and I are planning on starting a website in coming weeks. I approached him with the initial idea and he expressed interest in investing/becoming a partner with myself. We are plannin gon forming as an LLC and I wanted advice on how to set up ownership equity shares. As of now, we are planning that he will be investing a rough percentage of around 22% of the initial capital investment and will work part time (roughly 20 hours/week) towards the business. I will be investing the majority of the initial captial (roughly 78%) and will be quitting my job and persuing this venture full time (45+ hours/week). I am interesting in coming up with a fair split between the two of us. Does anyone have any ideas on what would be fair?
ThanksAlec
