Newsletter (Email and Print)

Hi Everyone,
 
My name is Tonya and have a Travel Agency.  I am not that computer savvy, but do know how to point and click .
 
I would like to start a Newsletter regarding Travel information, destinations and promotions to send to clients and prospects in the form of email and print. 
 
My question is how do create a newsletter that uses the same format, so I would not have to recreate when emailing or printing.

I use MailChimp.com and I highly recommend it.  There are also a number of other email management companies out there like constant contact, etc.  Google it and pick which one works best for you.  Good luck.
